I'm Jessica Manning, a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Functional Nutritionist with 25 years of experience specializing in biomechanics, structural strength training, and functional health coaching.

The BIOME methodology addresses biomechanics, blood sugar, sleep, nervous system resilience, and metabolic health — because they're all connected, and ignoring one undermines the others.
Workouts are as short as 20 minutes and always deliberate. You don't need a gym or fancy equipment.
The goal is never to trick the body or push through pain. It's to work with how the body actually functions, for results that actually last.

With over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and wellness coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across decades of their lives.
My background includes:

But what truly shapes my work is lived experience.
I understand what it feels like when your body doesn’t feel like your own. Having struggled with autoimmune and MCAS flares, as well as an awkward lean into perimenopause, I know how stressful it can feel when time starts passing more quickly, and your health is heading in the wrong direction.
My role is to be the bridge between you and your healthcare providers, balancing your body and health from the inside out with nutrition, fitness and lifestyle habits.
